By purchasing tickets from our site, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement. Therefore, when you purchase tickets from our site, we would like to state that all processes, procedures, and operations related to event tickets will be subject to the provisions of this Agreement as stated below.
 

Conditions Related to Tickets

1. The ticket you purchased belongs to BAŞKA FELSEFE / ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB, and BAŞKA FELSEFE / ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB may reclaim your ticket by refunding the ticket price without giving any reason. The purchaser declares and undertakes that the ticket is purchased exclusively for personal use and not as part of any business or commercial activity. Specifically, the ticket cannot be resold or offered for sale, either at an additional price or otherwise; it cannot be used for advertising, promotion, or any other commercial purposes (including competitions and sweepstakes). The attempt to sell or selling a ticket at a price higher than its face value constitutes valid grounds for confiscation or cancellation of the ticket without any refund or other compensation.

2. Tickets are issued online and sent via email and are non-refundable.

3. The procedure to be followed if an event is canceled or rescheduled will be determined and announced by BAŞKA FELSEFE / ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB. BAŞKA FELSEFE / ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders of such cancellations. However, we do not guarantee or undertake that ticket holders will be absolutely informed of the cancellation or change of date before the event. It is your responsibility to check whether the relevant event has been canceled and/or to be informed about the date and time of a rescheduled event.

The tickets and/or the terms of purchase of the ticket are regulated by the rules of the relevant venue and Event Organizer. If you violate any of these rules or regulations or cause damage, disturbance, or engage in behavior that is unlawful and/or constitutes a crime, the venue official or Event Organizer has the right to remove you from the venue or deny you entry. Security checks may be conducted at the venue from time to time to ensure your safety.

The Event Organizer may prohibit the entry of food and beverages brought in from outside. The event venue, the Event Organizer, and BAŞKA FELSEFE / ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB do not accept any responsibility for the personal belongings of customers. The Event Organizer may prohibit animals, except for guide dogs for the disabled, from being brought into the event area.

These terms and conditions are subject to Turkish Law.

At the stage of confirming the order and before entering payment details, all terms of the agreement, including the total amount to be paid, are clearly visible to you. Therefore, by purchasing the ticket and confirming the order, you are considered to have accepted the provisions of this Agreement. We remind you once again to carefully review all the provisions of the agreement before confirming the order.
