This notification is made pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and due to legal obligation.
ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB (EDA ÇAÇA) places great importance on the security and protection of your personal data. With this awareness, as ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB, we pay utmost attention to processing and preserving all kinds of personal data belonging to all natural persons associated with the workshop, including those benefiting from our products and services, in accordance with the KVKK.
As specified in the KVKK, we process personal data under the instruction of ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB as the "Data Controller" and are conscious of our responsibility in this capacity. We process your personal data in the manner described below and within the limitations permitted by the relevant legislation.
Your personal data may be collected by ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB through automatic or non-automatic methods via the website, social media platforms, and similar channels, either verbally, in writing, or electronically, in order to provide better service.
The personal data collected may be processed in accordance with the data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including but not limited to fulfilling legal obligations, facilitating the provision of our products and services, shaping our services based on your usage habits, developing the strategies of the workshop and its affiliates, and conducting human resources policies.
In addition, when you visit our website or related social media accounts, your personal data may be processed for the purposes mentioned above.
Collected personal data is processed in compliance with the principles of being lawful, fair, accurate, and up-to-date when necessary, for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, and in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, retaining them for as long as required by relevant legislation or for the purpose they were collected.
Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes outlined above, to our direct/indirect domestic/foreign affiliates or subsidiaries, domestic/foreign/international public/private institutions and organizations, companies and other third-party entities, shareholders, consultants, or solution partners, authorized bodies and institutions, suppliers, or subcontractors.
ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB may process and store your personal data within Turkey or on servers located abroad, provided that necessary security measures are taken. ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB guarantees that these servers are located in countries with advanced data protection laws.
Personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically by ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB or contracted third parties to continue the workshop’s activities and fulfill legal obligations. These data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
As personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights as stated in KVKK Article 11 to ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB using the methods outlined below. ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than 30 days without charge. However, should a fee be stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the relevant fee will be charged.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, your rights include:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information regarding the processing,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and to request notification of the transaction to third parties where the data has been transferred,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons for processing are no longer valid, even though it has been processed in accordance with KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction to third parties where the data has been transferred,
- To object to adverse results arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in the event of unlawful processing.
To exercise these rights, you can submit your request to ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB in writing.
According to the first paragraph of Article 13 of KVKK, you may use the attached form to submit your request. The use of this form, the address to which it will be sent, and the required information are determined per KVKK and outlined in the form. The form can be accessed at the following address.
ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB reserves the right to amend this disclosure due to changes in the KVKK or decisions made by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The rights of data owners as defined in ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB’s Personal Data Protection Disclosure are indicated in Article 13, paragraph 1 of KVKK, and such notifications must be made in writing. Accordingly, submissions must be made in person with identity verification or via notary to ATLAS PUBLISHING LAB.
